At Water Babies, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the protective liner intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal remains undisturbed.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
